How to write service descriptions that get booked
A customer cannot see a service before they book it. A clear description does the job of a good explanation at your counter.
- 1
Say what is included
List what the customer gets: a wash and a style, ten edited photos, a written report. Customers compare what they get, not only what they pay.
- 2
Say how long it takes
Add the duration to every service. It helps customers plan their day and helps you plan yours.
- 3
Say who it is for
Name the customer the service suits: beginners, children, long hair, a first visit. They see themselves in the description.
- Beginners and regulars
- Kids and adults
- First visit or repeat
- 4
Say what to do before
Tell customers what to bring or prepare. It prevents delays and questions in the chat.
- 5
Keep it short
One or two sentences are enough. Put the details in the service's own page for customers who want more.
أسئلة
